  1. When will my order be here?

    Courier deliveries are made between 9 and 5, its possible that the courier could deliver outside of these hours. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email stating the tracking details. This can be used to contact the courier should there be any delivery problems.

  2. Can you deliver to me on a Saturday?
    Yes, we can. Like all courier charges we only charge the cost to us. For a Saturday delivery for a single box the fee is around £18. Please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery.

  3. Can you post a few pipe fittings via Royal Mail rather than a courier (keeping the costs lower)?

    Sure, we can do that. We stopped using Royal Mail on a daily basis sometime ago due to the amount of lost or late items. We can post a small/light order but it would be at your risk should it fail to arrive. If you want us to do this please order online as normal and enter a note to advise. We'll refund the difference in the P&P costs.

    Yes we can, but as always with couriers its never cheap. Please contact us for a quote.
